Your core tasks:

You take responsibility for the steps in the care process based on RAI-HC (Needs Assessment Instrument) and carry out care services for our clients in their homes in a situationally and professionally appropriate manner, incorporating their biography as well as their relatives.

Tasks:

Carrying out the steps in the care process
Wound care
Taking over medication management for the clientele
