Your main tasks:

- Operating and monitoring building technical systems
- Organizing and carrying out repair and maintenance work including quality controls
- Coordinating and supervising third-party companies
- Participating in moves as well as conversion and renovation projects
- Ordering consumables
- Waste separation and disposal
- Support in the area of fire protection

Your profile:

- Craft or technical training with a federal certificate of competence (e.g., Facility Management Specialist)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Good PC skills and affinity for handling various specific tools
- Fluent German skills, good English skills
- Independent, precise, and well-organized working style
- Excellent customer interaction and strong service orientation
