• Coach and lead teams both professionally and personally

• Develop AVOR, including material and resource planning

• Basic training and experience on construction sites
• Diploma in construction management or comparable further education
• Infectious enthusiasm for civil and road construction
• Communicative strengths and the ability to approach problems proactively, calmly, and solution-oriented
• Proficient use of MS Office and construction software
