The municipality of Wald ZH is "city and country", has 10,600 inhabitants and is a recreational area in the Zurich Oberland.
The Social Affairs department is responsible for residents who are in financial or personal distress. The Central Services are the first point of contact and work closely with social workers.

We are looking for an immediate or by agreement
Your area of responsibility
- Counter, mail and telephone service
- Intake; providing information and administration
- General administrative tasks with a focus on social insurance
- Processing invoice workflow
- Case management in the area of KVG and premium reduction
- Preparation of tax returns
Your profile
- Commercial training, preferably in a public administration
- Professional experience and knowledge in the social and/or social insurance sector
- Independent, service-oriented and efficient way of working
- Good IT user skills (Tutoris, M365 and CMI)
- Resilience and ability to work in a team
- Affinity for numbers
