The Regional Employment Centre (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive advice for job seekers, employers and other authorities. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labour market with measures from unemployment insurance. A rapid and lasting job placement is the main focus.

We are looking for a

Personnel Consultant RAV St. Gallen (m/f/d)

for the RAV St. Gallen immediately or by arrangement

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: St. Gallen

What to expect

• Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
• Conducting and recording advisory interviews
• Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments (labour market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in cases of abuse
• Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the activities

What distinguishes you

• Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
• Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist or willingness to undertake this further education
• Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting or close relation to social insurance
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from various social and cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility and willingness to possibly work at the RAV locations Wil and Heerbrugg
