YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Leading complex contract negotiations with international suppliers (including structuring and negotiating framework agreements with strategic suppliers)
• Assessment and cross-functional management of legal issues (e.g. CRA, Data Act) with engineering, purchasing and project management
• Translating complex customer contract requirements into robust and scalable supplier contracts
• Supporting claim and dispute matters with suppliers
• Shaping digitalisation (including use and further development of Legal AI) and standardisation of contract processes

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Master's or Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences/university in business law with relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in contract management / purchasing / legal
• Professional experience in the Swiss legal system
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Fluent German and English skills
• Experience in contractually securing technical requirements in the procurement context for the manufacture of complex capital goods with a long service life is an advantage
