Cleaning Property Manager 50%- You ensure the agreed cleaning services within your area of responsibility
- You coordinate and lead the employees in your area of responsibility
- You create the deployment and holiday planning for your team
- You are responsible for recording and controlling the completed assignments
- You conduct quality checks and support audits as well as their preparation
- You coordinate material management including storage as well as the coordination of maintenance and repairs
- You support the Facility Services Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- You actively contribute to an efficient organisation and a smooth running of daily processes
- You have completed vocational training and bring experience in maintenance cleaning as well as leadership experience in a comparable position
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
- You work confidently with MS Office programmes and digital tools
- You are characterised by a flexible, independent and responsible way of working
- You have a strong organisational talent, work in a structured and systematic manner and convince with your assertiveness
- You are customer-oriented, service-minded and maintain a professional approach with customers and employees
- You are willing to work flexible hours and have regular presence at the managed properties
- You hold a valid category B driving licence
- You have an impeccable reputation (criminal record and debt collection register extract)
