The Novotel Zurich Airport Messe is located between the exhibition centre and the airport and is especially suitable for business and family stays with a 24-hour reception, 10 conference rooms for 320 people, and special offers for children. Business guests will find ideal working conditions throughout the conference hotel. Families can explore the city thanks to the good tram connection. For relaxation after eventful days, there are 254 air-conditioned rooms, a sauna with a relaxation area, or the sun terrace.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Allrounder by arrangement.

Job Description

• Service to guests in the areas of breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, as well as on our beautiful terrace
• Advising guests on food and drinks, especially with wine recommendations
• Close cooperation with the kitchen team and other departments
• Operation of the Bizzon cash register system

Qualifications

• Completed training in gastronomy
• At least 1 year of experience in service, ideally in upscale hospitality
• Good German and English skills are essential
• Experience with cash register systems, knowledge of Bizzon is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of wine and willingness to expand it further
• Team spirit and a friendly, professional appearance
