Pharmaceutical Specialist Sterile Filling – Permanent Night Shift (CSL Behring, Bern)

You actively contribute to the production of our life-saving therapies for people with severe and rare diseases worldwide.

For our production team in the Filling Line / Lyophilization area, we are looking for dedicated pharmaceutical specialists who want to become part of a newly established permanent night shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.). Initially, you will get to know the processes in the existing 2-shift operation (Mon–Sun, 5:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.) and receive thorough training.

In your role, you will work in a highly controlled cleanroom, monitor and operate state-of-the-art production equipment, carefully prepare materials and equipment, and ensure that all steps are documented according to GMP. Additionally, you actively contribute to the maintenance, cleaning, and optimization of our processes, thus shaping the efficiency and quality of our production.

We are looking for people who are passionate about precise work, reliable and accurate, and who enjoy taking responsibility. You have completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical, or technical field – experience in a GMP-regulated production environment is an advantage. Flexibility, willingness to learn, team spirit, and good German skills complete your profile.
