About the job

• You translate strategic and professional requirements into actionable technology initiatives, prioritise them and accompany them from idea to implementation
• You work closely with our specialist departments, identify technological potentials and develop concrete solution approaches and target images together with them
• You design technical potential analyses and technology target images, providing important foundations for our IT architecture, cloud journey, as well as the further development of our platforms and capabilities
• You ensure that the right topics with the right skills are quickly put into practice
• You convincingly represent technological ideas and solution approaches to different stakeholders and help to standardise successful solutions and scale them across Sanitas

• You have a very good understanding of business and technology and can credibly connect both worlds
• You have experience in designing and implementing digital or technological transformations and think beyond individual projects
• You can structure complex contexts, communicate technological possibilities clearly and win people over to new solution approaches
• You move confidently between management, specialist departments, product and engineering and convince through strong stakeholder management
• You bring leadership experience, provide orientation and responsibility, and develop people and teams even without classic hierarchical leadership models
