Your tasks

• Organising and carrying out housekeeping duties on the floor and in the lingerie/laundry, including repair work
• Room inspection and release at Hotel Stoller and Hotel Olympia
• Ordering laundry, materials, etc.
• General inspections of public areas in the hotel, the restaurant, and Hotel Olympia
• Staff deployment planning (planning, hiring, etc.) for about 15 people
• Care and maintenance of the green areas
• Responsible for payroll, time tracking (Mirus)
• Inventory recording in your department according to the schedule
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the department
• Compliance with quality guidelines in the operation

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a housekeeper
• German and English skills are required; Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian are advantageous
• Open-minded, friendly nature and a well-groomed appearance
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• Professionalism and passion for the well-being of our guests
