We are looking for a candidate starting May 1, 2026, or by agreement in Wasen in the Emmental region.
You implement the strategic goals along the action plan and budget and strengthen the brand as well as the market position in existing and new markets for quality tools and medical products. You develop and realize omni-channel strategies, consistently drive the digitization of workflows, data management, and customer interfaces, and maintain the customer portfolio. You represent PB Swiss Tools to customers, partners, associations, and international stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
With your hands-on mentality, you actively participate and promote personal responsibility within the team. You recognize market and customer needs and derive innovations and projects from them. Your focus is on business development, the opportunities and risks to be focused on in expanding the international network. You are responsible for leadership, target agreements, controlling, as well as a performance-oriented corporate culture and organization.
The further development of e-commerce, strategic decision-making, and preparation of investment decisions are also part of your tasks, as is the establishment and maintenance of cooperation with customers, suppliers, authorities, and model companies.
