Activities
- Working on modern CNC and conventional machines in manufacturing
- Production of precision parts and fixtures
- Training and supervision of apprentices in the first years of apprenticeship
- Organization and execution of trial apprenticeships
- Further development of training processes and assessment of apprentices
Requirements
- Training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
- Experience with CNC machining and programming
- Independent, precise, and responsible way of working
- Enjoy working with apprentices and good communication skills
- High quality standards and reliability
