Tasks

About the job
We are looking for a flexible occupational therapist to build up our relief pool. Employment in the pool can also be combined with a permanent position of 20-30% in the adult and youth sectors.
Tasks
- Treatment of people with psychological impairments of various age groups
- For pool assignments: planning and coordination of group content with the head of occupational and activation therapy, independent implementation of occupational therapy group offers incorporating your expertise
- For permanent employment: independent, evidence-based occupational therapy treatments in individual and group settings as well as responsibility for the entire therapy process
- Proper documentation of therapies
- Active participation in intra- and interdisciplinary collaboration
Profile
- Degree in Occupational Therapy FH/HF (with foreign diplomas recognised by the SRK)
- Independent, flexible working style
- Interest in working with people in psychological crisis situations
- Experience in psychiatry is an advantage
- Team-oriented, resilient and reflective personality
Offer
- Two options for employment
- Option 1: Exclusively working in the relief pool to bridge personnel shortages. This means assignments on well-planned days in the day clinics of ipw at various locations. Also leading occupational therapy group offers and taking on short-term cover as needed and by arrangement
- Option 2: Combination of the pool function with a permanent position of 20-30% in the adult or youth sector
