The Catholic Church Emmen-Rothenburg consists of two parishes, Emmen and Rothenburg, and the five parishes/locations Bruder Klaus, Holy Family Gerliswil, St. Maria, St. Barbara, and St. Mauritius. With many groups and volunteers, it includes around 17,500 parish members.
Starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a parish pastor (60 – 100 %) who will journey with the people into the future.
Your main tasks (depending on skills and interests):
- Pastoral care and shaping of liturgy in various forms
- Leadership of the Liturgical and Pastoral Committee
- Contact person for one of the locations
- Collaboration in the leadership team
- Accompaniment of groups, presiding at altar servers and/or in church music
- Maintenance of ecumenical cooperation
- Other tasks according to interest and possibilities
