Main Responsibilities

• Development of new B2B clients, from initial contact to contract signing
• Sale of coffee, catering and vending solutions with customised offers
• Commercial negotiation: mastery of prices, contracts and framework conditions
• Building and managing a structured sales pipeline including CRM, reporting and forecasting
• Market and client development: identifying potential and maintaining relationships with decision-makers
• Close collaboration with internal departments (marketing, technical, service, operations) to ensure smooth implementation

Education

• Federal VET Diploma or commercial training with further education in sales / new client acquisition

Profile

• Solid experience and proven success in prospecting and developing new clients, ideally in FMCG or vending
• Fluency in French and German (bilingual), English is an advantage
• Very good command of CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to process commercial data
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented personality, category B driving licence and availability for frequent travel
