- Leading the Executive Office team and coordinating central projects, strategic tasks, committee processes, and political documents for the Senior Vice President C5I
- Leading the ICT Controlling & Reporting team to ensure ICT controlling and comprehensive executive reporting
- Leading key personnel in GRC & Auditing, Quality & Process, Security, and MarCom as well as being responsible for the strategic development of these areas
- Advising on all legal matters of the division, coordinating with the General Counsel of the holding company as well as external law firms while adhering to corporate guidelines
- Being responsible for information security with direct reporting to the holding company and implementing physical as well as digital security requirements
- Developing the organizational structure, talent management, and scaling the organization with a hands-on approach for flexible growth
- Optimizing division processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Coordinating with other corporate divisions for the efficient implementation of initiatives and projects
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in law, further education in business informatics or business administration is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a General Counsel role, CEO staff position, or comparable function
- Several years of experience in leading specialists
- Confident appearance at the division or corporate management level as well as board of directors
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs and to challenge and promote different specialists (teams)
- Proactive and solution-oriented (hands-on) working style
- Fluent in German and English (C2), French skills are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
