AI Native Full Stack Development for real application projects for at least 6 months or by arrangement

Two possible entry models

You can apply for an entry as an intern or working student.

We are looking for a person who uses AI specifically as a development tool to implement our central customer platform as well as other internal tools and SaaS products.

You work along the entire development process: You structure requirements, develop technical solution approaches, implement functions in the frontend and backend, connect databases and interfaces, create tests and bring changes into deployment.

You consistently use AI for conception, coding, debugging, testing and documentation. The focus is not on trying out individual AI tools, but on the efficient implementation of stable, maintainable and usable applications.

• You support the further development of our central customer platform and internal tools, which are continuously expanded with new features and gradually developed into the entire frontend for our customers.
• You accompany features from the requirement to productive deployment.
• You control AI coding tools with clear tasks, relevant project context and defined acceptance criteria.
• You use AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging and technical documentation.
• You further develop existing components and integrate new functions into the existing application architecture.
• You connect APIs, data sources and external services.
• You implement full-stack functions in the frontend, backend and database.
• You create automated tests and thus ensure the functionality of your implementations.
• You document implementations, interfaces and technical decisions comprehensibly.

• An ongoing or completed education, degree or further training in computer science, software development, data science or AI application
• Experience in the use of AI
• Basics in full-stack or web development
• Experience with at least one modern programming language
• Interest in the implementation of real applications and digital products
• Confident or first practical experience with AI-supported development tools
• The ability to translate requirements into concrete technical work packages
• A structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative in implementing features and solving technical problems
• Clear communication regarding requirements, dependencies and technical decisions

Advantageous but not a requirement:

• First own projects
• First contacts with GitHub, databases or tests
