Workplace Burgdorf
- You are responsible for determining the goods requirements and initiating the corresponding orders in the area of service and wear parts as well as capital goods.
- You process availability requests and maintain backorder lists.
- You are responsible for clarifying quantity discrepancies and transport damages as well as incorrectly packed items and handle warranty cases.
- You record goods and merchandise transfers and coordinate these in cooperation with warehouse and transport logistics.
- You provide delivery date information, manage scheduling, as well as supplier dunning and invoice control.
- In addition, you maintain the parameters for inventory management in the system and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
- You monitor electronic interfaces and coordinate communication in case of disruptions.
- You have completed a commercial or equivalent training or have completed training in the automotive trade.
- Initial professional experience in goods planning is an advantage.
- You have good user knowledge of MS Office programmes; SAP knowledge is desirable.
- You work independently, in a structured and efficient manner.
- Fluent German is required. Good French and English skills are an advantage.
- You are flexible with working hours and mobile (covering early or late shifts between 6 am and 6:30 pm).
- You have an affinity for the automotive industry or interest/knowledge in vehicle technology.
