- Personnel and professional leadership of 4-7 project managers
- Supervision and responsibility for the timely and budget-compliant processing as well as quality of the projects assigned to the department
- Co-design of project organisations and acting as a representative of the client
- Participation in public consultation procedures and political processes
- Ensuring project communications and efficient administrative processes
Your Profile
- Degree in civil engineering (FH, ETH or university) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in leading or coordinating teams or projects as well as enjoyment in supporting and developing employees
- Experience in urban road and infrastructure projects
- Strong affinity for administrative processes and project management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
