This is our vision and currently around 200 employees and over 1000 volunteers across Switzerland are committed with great dedication and passion. With our services such as the emergency number 147, parent letters, application training, media usage workshops and many more, we support children and young people as well as their parents every day.

In 2023, Pro Juventute introduced "collegial leadership" as an organisational form. Decisions are made in circles. Responsibility and decision-making authority are distributed to specific roles instead of being concentrated with hierarchical superiors. • You help shape the further development of the foundations for the political work & public relations of Pro Juventute at national and regional levels, aiming to improve our funding and increase our visibility
• You respond to enquiries from politics and the public
• You take on ghostwriting and create presentations for members of the executive management and/or the overall coordination circle (GKO), for programme managers as well as for the foundation board. Additionally, you write social media posts on political topics
• You support the organisation and execution of events and appointments in the area of politics & media

• Degree (Bachelor/Master) in political science, communication sciences or humanities and social sciences
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in political and/or media work or journalism (including internships)
• Very good knowledge of the political and media landscape of Switzerland
• Confident German with strong editorial skills as well as good to very good French skills and passive Italian skills, especially in reading comprehension
• Digitally proficient (MS Office suite) and very good knowledge of common social media platforms
• Communication professional, passionate political observer, sociable, open and solution-oriented personality
