As the central interface between the team and management, you lead communicatively and solution-oriented, keep an overview in every situation, and ensure smooth operations throughout the entire business. You are in the middle of it, actively pitch in, and ensure that quality and service are always right. As a team leader, you also take on professional area responsibilities and actively shape the further development of the location.

Your area of responsibility

Support of management in all matters

Development and promotion of a strong, motivated team

Training, coaching, and instruction of staff in all areas with a focus on quality, service, and collaboration

Leading the team in daily business and ensuring efficient, structured processes

Inventory and warehouse management as well as efficient use of resources

Responsibility for compliance with all quality, safety, and hygiene standards (including HACCP and requirements of the Swiss food regulations)

Early detection, correction, or documented forwarding of deviations

Ensuring expertise on the product range, preparation of offered food and drinks, and food intolerances

Creating high-quality guest experiences

Order, cleanliness, and a well-groomed appearance throughout the guest area

Active participation in the cinema and gastronomy area and ensuring a high-quality guest experience

Your profile

You have completed vocational training and proven professional experience - ideally complemented by business management or leadership training

Experience in a comparable leadership position is desirable

We serve our guests 7 days a week, so we expect your willingness for irregular working hours, evening, and weekend shifts

You communicate fluently in German; additional languages are an advantage

With your positive charisma, good manners, and high social competence, you inspire our guests and employees every day anew

You are authentic and lead by example in what you expect from others

We can rely on your independent, service-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working

You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of new things
