Junior Production Planner & Process Leader 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

Production Planning - approx. 50 %

• You plan production orders considering capacities, personnel, and materials.
• You record and schedule orders in the ERP system and ensure smooth production planning.
• You monitor ongoing production and respond early to bottlenecks and deviations.
• You maintain relevant master data and production information in the ERP system.
• You coordinate closely with production, purchasing, logistics, and sales.

Process Leader - approx. 50 %

• You support qualifications, validations, risk analyses, and technical documentation.
• You participate in technical projects and take on defined work packages, for example, in the introduction or optimisation of production and testing equipment.
• You accompany changes and new processes during the transfer to series production.
• You analyse malfunctions, deviations, and process data and jointly derive improvement measures with the specialist departments.
• You contribute to the further development of production-related digital solutions.

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical or technical-commercial training
• Further education at HF level or equivalent (in system technology, automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar)
• Experience with ERP systems; preferably D365 or SAP.
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary projects
• Interest in production processes, process optimisation, and technical contexts
• Interest in data, production key figures, and their evaluation
• Basic understanding of qualification, validation, risk analyses, and technical documentation or willingness to familiarise yourself with these topics
• You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner, like to get involved yourself, and bring initiative and willingness to learn
• You enjoy communicating across departmental boundaries and can convey technical topics clearly and factually
• Very good German skills and good English skills
