Your Tasks

• You are responsible for managing an operation with around 180 employees who ensure a high quality of life for our residents (140 care places)
• You are responsible for the operational management of Senevita Lindenbaum and lead the management teams directly
• You develop strategic guidelines to achieve the company’s objectives
• You enjoy contact and exchange with residents, relatives, employees and external partners
• You promote the regional anchoring of the operation through active networking and public relations work
• You enjoy acquiring new residents
• You work closely with the departments of care, hospitality, gastronomy and administration and promote cross-departmental collaboration
• Your innovative ideas continuously advance the operation
• Through good cooperation with the head office, you easily achieve your goals

Your Profile

• You have completed training as an institution manager or a comparable, qualified training with business management knowledge
• You are rooted in the region, have a good network and bring broad experience in acquisition
• Ideally, you have training in the care sector (desirable)
• You enjoy leadership and have several years of experience managing an operation
• You are a captivating and stress-resistant person with a winning charisma
• You do not lose your sense of humour even in a demanding daily routine and the role of host suits you perfectly
