What you bring with you:

• 5 years or more of professional experience in construction management. 
• Familiar with common construction management tools. We work with MS Project, Messerli and ACC. 
• Know-how in preparing tenders, schedules and conducting cost control. 
• With your winning manner, you communicate with a wide range of professionals and have the opportunity to apply your entrepreneurial thinking in practice.
• You have good knowledge of German.

What to expect:

For the smooth realisation of our diverse projects, we are looking for you as a member of a well-coordinated project team. In this exciting hub function, you control the work of planners, craftsmen and contractors. You make an active contribution when preparing tenders, obtaining offers, in the awarding process as well as in contract management. With your organisation of the construction site process, schedule coordination and cost control, you ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and budget.
