Your main tasks are

• production and provision of the daily catering offer for 180 residents, as well as for internal and external guests in the Aquarello restaurant and for events
• taking responsibility for the day in the hot and cold kitchen
• compliance with existing hygiene and safety regulations
• interdisciplinary collaboration
• accompanying apprentices in kitchen and housekeeping

You have

• completed training as a Chef / Cook EFZ
• several years of professional experience in the kitchen sector
• high quality awareness as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
• independent and good organisational working method
• team spirit, resilience and flexibility
