What to expect
As a Junior IT Consultant at APP, you take on responsibility from the very beginning. You create analyses and support project managers in developing IT requirements and preparing solution proposals. Within the team, you develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the right solution is found, you contribute to the design and architecture and accompany our clients until successful implementation.
Step by step, you take on more responsibility, up to entire work packages or partial project management. As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build sustainable contacts and continuously expand your network. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to actively shape APP as a co-owner and significantly influence our future.
What we expect
· Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, or engineering
· Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering, or business analysis
· Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
· Preferably experience in public administration, justice, finance sector, or healthcare
· Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, as well as a creative, pragmatic approach
· Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with enjoyment of teamwork
· Open-minded, communicative personality with talent and pleasure in building trusting relationships
· Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
· Flexibility regarding travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
