  • You coordinate the interfaces with various internal departments such as Marketing, Communications, Press and Legal departments as well as external partners such as auditors, consultants and agencies.
  • You ensure compliance with relevant EU/CH regulations (CSRD, NUFG), standards (N-ESRS, GRI) and greenwashing requirements.
  • You are responsible for the creation and review of report content.
  • You implement efficient processes for data collection and control and help develop the key performance indicator system.
  • You implement technical requirements (e.g. XBRL) and ensure audit security.
  • You are responsible for the evaluation and, if necessary, the implementation of reporting software.
  • You create and manage the project plan including time, resources and milestones.
  • You have a completed degree related to sustainability or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in sustainability reporting, for example in corporate, consulting or auditing.
  • You possess sound knowledge of relevant EU and CH regulations as well as standards.
  • You have experience in building reporting processes and key figure systems.
  • Ideally, you have audit experience and knowledge in digital report structuring.
  • Ideally, you have experience in implementing reporting software.
  • You have a hands-on mentality combined with high professionalism as well as a structured, precise and implementation-oriented working style.
  • You possess very strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
