• You are the first point of contact for your clients in all insurance matters and offer tailored solutions.
• You actively acquire new clients.
• You develop and maintain client relationships in your region.
• You advise both private clients in the areas of pensions, property, and asset insurance, as well as small businesses with flexible solutions.
• You use digital and modern tools to offer personalised consultations, both in person and online.
• You have extensive professional experience as a certified insurance consultant (AFA).
• You have a proven track record of success in the pension and general insurance sectors.
• You are open to our holistic consulting approach and the use of digital tools.
• You have strong personal motivation, perseverance, and empathy, enabling you to proactively recognise client needs.
• You work independently and responsibly, but are also a true team player.
• You competently manage administrative tasks as well.
• You have excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have a solid personal network in the region.
• Specific training in the insurance sector is considered a plus.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
