About the job
About Us
Faigle3D AG is a pioneer and Swiss market leader in 3D printing. Through 3Dstore.ch, we make 3D printing accessible to private individuals and companies. We offer comprehensive service from a single source: from consulting to repairs and warranty clarifications, 3D printing services to training.
About this Position
You understand technology, enjoy hands-on work, and find out why a 3D printer is not currently doing what it should? With us, you take care of production, our 3D printing farm, and repairs. You work independently, keep quality and cost-effectiveness in mind, and contribute your own improvement ideas.
Your Tasks
- You produce 3D printed parts from preparing print jobs to post-processing and quality control.
- You manage and organise our 3D printing farm, plan print jobs, and ensure reliable operation.
- You analyse malfunctions and carry out repairs on 3D printers.
- You respond to after-sales enquiries from our customers via email, phone, or in the showroom.
- You inform customers about completed repairs and warranty processes and collaborate with our sales team.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and help develop our processes within the team.
Your Profile
- Training as a polymechanic, designer, mechanic, or a comparable technical background.
- Practical experience with 3D printing.
- Independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: you pay attention to quality, time, and material usage.
- Enjoy tinkering and have the patience to get to the bottom of a fault.
- Enjoy customer contact.
What We Offer You
- Development opportunities and the chance to contribute in a growing company with exciting technologies.
- Varied tasks between production, maintenance, and repair.
- Room for your own ideas and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
- A collegial team that shares knowledge and supports each other.
- Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and open, clear communication.
- A central workplace in Zurich Oerlikon.
