Your tasks:

• You review and process building applications according to cantonal and municipal construction and planning law
• You competently advise authorities, builders, and planners on construction law matters
• You maintain close collaboration with other specialists both internally and externally

Your profile:

• You have training in the field of structural/civil engineering, spatial planning, geography, or have experience in public administration and are interested in working in construction management
• As a team player, you bring your communicative nature and strong negotiation skills to the table
• You have good IT affinity and a confident command of German
