Augenärzte Emmental Entlibuch AG, with two locations in Langnau (Emmental) and Schüpfheim (Entlebuch), combines state-of-the-art ophthalmic diagnostics, therapy, and eye surgery under one roof for comprehensive, personalised, and highly professional care with heart and expertise.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as Clinic Manager (m/f/d) 80–100 %, who will shape the future of our clinic together with us.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and strategic management of the two locations (practice & outpatient surgery)
• Control of process flows in the practice and operating area: appointment scheduling, material & equipment procurement, quality and risk management
• Leadership and coordination of an interdisciplinary team
• Interface between medical management, nursing/operating room management, and administration; further development of service and treatment offerings
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and clinic-specific standards in the outpatient operating area

Your Profile

• Completed business or technical training (FH/HF) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of leadership experience – ideally in a medical practice, clinic, or outpatient surgical facility
• Strong understanding of operating procedures, outpatient surgery, and their economic framework conditions
• Fluent German skills; French or English advantageous
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office (or similar) and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new software solutions
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and database management
• Strong digital affinity and the ability to use technological possibilities sensibly to increase efficiency
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high service orientation, communication skills, and a confident manner
• Enjoy working with people, empathy, team spirit, and the ability to actively shape change processes
