The retirement center Park offers around 240 people a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. 240 employees in various professions, including 40 in an apprenticeship or HF studies, give their best every day for the well-being of the residents.
The retirement center Park is currently undergoing a challenging transformation process in which, among other things, a large part of the commercial tasks and processes are being modernized to meet future needs. For this, we are looking for a strong and courageous designer who is happy to take on the responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the income side.
- Independent management of resident administration (admissions and departures, correspondence)
- Invoicing for services to residents, insurance providers, and municipalities or foundations
- Maintaining statistics
- Maintaining price and service tables
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in a comparable position or in accounts receivable
- Ideally, you have knowledge or practical experience in the procedures of care financing
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs and task-specific applications (LOBOS, RAI)
- Interest in the specifics of elderly and long-term care
