Introduction

Maat Treuhand GmbH, Wallisellen branch, is a dynamic and growing company in the field of trust and business consulting. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as a Trust Officer (m/f/d). Become part of our team and help us provide our clients with first-class services.

Tasks

• Managing financial accounting for our clients from various industries
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation and processing of VAT returns
• Payroll accounting and personnel administration
• Support with tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Advising and supporting our clients in fiduciary matters

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the trust sector
• Experience in accounting and trust services
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT and tax regulations
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally accounting software (e.g. Comatic, Banana)
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with clients
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English or French skills are an advantage
