About the job
We are a long-established company in interior decoration. To strengthen our team of around 50 employees at the headquarters in Zug, we are looking for a ClerkSales Internal Service Curtain/Reception 80% - 100% Tasks
- Welcoming customers in the showroom and providing small consultations
- Creating offers/order confirmations in close cooperation with the sales consultants
- Assistance with large projects
- Product clarifications and orders with suppliers
- Posting materials and services to orders
- Final and follow-up work for definitive invoices
- General administrative tasks including correspondence You bring with you
- Construction site knowledge, ideally professional experience as an interior decorator with a focus on curtains, a commercial education is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, good PC user skills, flair for numbers
- Commitment, precise and efficient work
- Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
- Ideal age 25-40 years
