Coordinator: Decoration & Production 100% (m/f/d)

Would you like to be part of a creative and innovative design process and support the team with your expertise and craftsmanship?

Your tasks:

• You plan and realise shop windows, seasonal presentations, pop-up areas, marketing events and other retail experience projects from a technical, craft and logistical perspective.
• You coordinate setups and teardowns as well as project-related deliveries, transports and collaboration with internal teams, external partners and the trades involved.
• You review concepts for technical feasibility, safety, material use, time requirements and costs and develop practical implementation solutions.
• You plan, calculate, procure and produce decorative elements, furniture and individual components for LOEB branches as well as the concept store MAGGS.
• You independently implement projects craft-wise – from cutting and construction to surface treatment, assembly, disassembly and laying of floor coverings.
• You support the visual merchandising team in implementing shop window concepts, seasonal presentations, pop-up areas and events and provide the necessary materials, tools and machines.
• You create production, material, order and assembly plans and monitor deadlines, quality and project costs.
• You are responsible for goods receipt, quality control, inventory and structured warehouse management in the Liebefeld studio and ensure safe and efficient material organisation.

Your profile:

• You have completed a craft or design-technical training, for example as a 3D poly designer preferably realisation, carpenter, exhibition builder or event technician.
• You bring experience in decoration as well as exhibition, shop or furniture construction and have practical experience in assembly and setups – ideally in retail or event environments.
• You have a strong technical understanding, spatial imagination and craftsmanship to turn design ideas into practical and high-quality solutions.
• You are proficient in handling various materials, tools and machines and have experience in construction, assembly and surface treatment.
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, keep an overview even with several parallel projects and convince through initiative, organisational talent, cost awareness and quality standards.
• You communicate confidently and service-oriented with internal teams, external partners and suppliers.
• You have good MS Office skills; experience with SketchUp, CAD or production planning tools is an advantage.
• You are physically resilient, flexible with working hours for setups and teardowns and ideally hold a category B driving licence. Additional permits, for example for forklifts or aerial work platforms, are advantageous.
