Your tasks
- Further development, evaluation and documentation of BEM processes in both regions
- Independent implementation and coordination of BEM procedures according to § 167 para. 2 SGB IX
- Advice and support for employees after long or repeated illnesses
- Confidential discussions with employees, managers and representatives
- Development of individual measures for reintegration and prevention
- Cooperation with company doctors (m/f/d), health insurance companies, rehabilitation providers and other external bodies
- Active participation in corporate health management
Your profile
- Completed studies or training in health management, social pedagogy, psychology, personnel management or comparable
- Experience in Corporate Integration Management (BEM)
- Good knowledge of labour and social law (especially SGB IX)
- High social competence, empathy and discretion
- Structured, independent working style and organisational strength
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Willingness to travel within the AMEOS East and West regions
