Responsibilities:
- You are the expert when it comes to independently preparing the financial accounting, always in compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards.
- You always keep an overview of all business transactions in Abacus and are responsible for ensuring everything is correctly posted.
- Additionally, you confidently carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS and actively contribute to optimising accounting processes as well as implementing new accounting standards.
- As a contact person for external auditors and tax consultants, you are an important part of the team.
- Even in busy times, you keep an eye on payment transactions and take care of receivables management.
- You prepare precise financial analyses and reports for management and actively support the training and onboarding of new employees in the finance department.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education and further training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma.
- Your solid knowledge of OR and IFRS as well as your excellent Abacus skills and confident use of MS Office make you an ideal candidate.
- With several years of professional experience in financial accounting, you bring valuable expertise.
- Your teamwork and communication skills distinguish you, while your structured and independent working style ensures efficient results.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form rounds off your profile.
