In our HR department, you will actively shape the digital transformation of Zürcher Kantonalbank. You will work closely with various HR teams and specialist departments to ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, effective manner and in line with our strategy. With your consulting and analytical focus, you will prepare decision-making bases for management committees and combine project management expertise with a clear focus on impact, efficiency, and controllability of our bank as a close employer in the canton of Zurich.
Your tasks
- Structuring, planning, and managing complex, cross-departmental projects and initiatives with management relevance
- Taking on a coordinating role comparable to a Chief of Staff function, including preparation, support, and follow-up of decisions
- Managing and monitoring various initiatives in the sense of coordinated programme management
- Creating management presentations, decision templates, and management reports with a clear, audience-appropriate storyline
- Acting as a sparring partner on content-related questions on topics along the employee lifecycle and HR IT
- Analysing, optimising, and digitising HR processes as well as identifying and implementing HR-specific AI use cases
- Collaborating with different HR teams to develop and present data-based recommendations
- Preparing and presenting meaningful HR reports to optimise HR and bank performance
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, psychology, human resources management, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project or programme management in a consultancy, in a Chief of Staff-like role, or in a strategic environment, ideally in the financial industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and recognise dependencies
- Very strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as enjoyment in structuring complex issues and preparing them based on data
- You convince with clear, audience-appropriate communication, confident appearance, and professional stakeholder management
- Excellent skills in creating concise management documents with a tailored storyline that supports decisions purposefully
- High initiative, teamwork skills, and a structured, solution-oriented working style complete your profile
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
