In the Project Management & Business Engineering team of the sub-portfolio Risk, Legal & Compliance and overall management, you shape central control, risk and compliance processes of Zürcher Kantonalbank, connecting regulatory requirements, business processes and technology. ServiceNow is one of our strategic platforms, which we plan to expand purposefully in the coming years, including in third-party risk management, process management, data protection and data quality management.

Your tasks
- Assuming the role of Product Manager and Business Engineer according to SAFe for selected ServiceNow products
- Analysing complex business processes and requirements, critically questioning existing procedures, and deriving professional target images and actionable solution concepts in collaboration with business and IT architecture
- Structuring divergent stakeholder interests and leading them to viable decisions
- Designing the Target Operating Model for ServiceNow and further developing roles, responsibilities, governance and collaboration models
- Assessing new requirements and use cases regarding business value, feasibility, standardisation and strategic fit, as well as ensuring sustainable platform development instead of a collection of individual solutions
Your profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, for example in business informatics, banking & finance or business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a SAFe Product Manager, Business Engineer, Solution Consultant or in a comparable role at the interface between business and IT
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and its platform logic as well as the ability to classify professional requirements technologically; you do not have to develop yourself but should understand the technical background
- Confident acting at the interface between business, IT and architecture as well as the ability to connect different perspectives
- Your strengths lie in strategic, analytical and networked thinking and you are a valuable sparring partner for your team and your stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills
