About the job

Your tasks:

• You significantly contribute to the well-being of the Jesuits, guests, and staff and support a smooth operational process.
• You ensure a professional, hygienic, and customer-oriented execution of all housekeeping services.
• You work interdisciplinarily with the Jesuits, kitchen, cleaning staff, and administration.
• You lead your team in a people-oriented and appreciative manner.
• You share responsibility for the hiring and induction of new employees.
• You coordinate and organise the responsibilities of the cook.
• You coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of Jesuit rooms and guest rooms, communal areas, and sanitary facilities.
• You deputise in the areas of cleaning, laundry, and kitchen.

 What we expect from you:

• You have proven skills as an experienced housekeeper EFZ
• You are responsible, resilient, motivated, and a committed personality

You are communicative and possess social competence

• You have good IT user skills as well as very good German language skills (B2)
• You preferably have experience in healthcare, elderly care, or nursing
