Supply Planner (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for efficient customer order processing. By creating production plans that evenly utilise the work systems and constantly optimise inventory levels, you ensure that the right goods are available at the right time, in the right quantity, at the right place to meet customer demand as desired.
Main tasks
- Carrying out net requirements planning based on sales and budget planning
- Coordinating demand planning with purchasing, production and logistics
- Monitoring, analysing and continuously optimising inventory levels across all storage levels
- Planning and managing finished products, assemblies and components
- Creating and continuously adjusting rough and detailed production planning
- Releasing order proposals for components and merchandise
- Ensuring material availability and actively tracking missing materials
- Order tracking and deadline monitoring of customer orders
- Close cooperation with sales, production and purchasing regarding delivery dates, priorities and service levels
- Managing product launches and phase-outs within change management
- Participating in inventories as well as conducting and posting the annual stocktaking
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning and logistics processes
Your profile
- Technical basic training with further education in logistics, supply chain management or production planning
- Further education at HF, FH level or comparable qualification advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, material disposition or supply chain management, preferably in an industrial production environment
- Experience with ERP systems and planning tools
- Very good analytical skills and strong process understanding
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
