Head of Workshop Equipment (m/f) - Home Office Option

Your Task

In this exciting role as part of the management team, you are motivated to actively support the regional sales managers and workshops with a growing range of workshop equipment. You apply your sector know-how and your industry contacts and quickly establish a good basis for collaboration with the sales team, the workshops, and within the management team. In addition to the spare parts business, in which the company holds a strong market position, there is significant growth potential in your area of responsibility, which you will promptly tap into and further develop. With increasing success, personnel resources for market support will be added.

Your Experience

You have experience in the B2B aftermarket and/or with capital goods, for example as a sales consultant or product manager. Ideally, you are integrated into a network of workshops and other customer groups. It is natural for us that, whether you are a younger or already experienced professional, you bring a convincing personality with empathy. Revenue growth through new innovative products and services additionally motivates you.
