For our historic Giessbach funicular railway, we are looking for a
Car Operator (m/f/d) on an Hourly Wage
The workload averages 2-3 working days per week in a 7-day operation, including shifts on weekends and public holidays. Trial shifts are possible immediately until the end of November.
Your daily work with us...
- You operate and control the historic funicular railway according to operational guidelines
- You look after our passengers in a friendly and professional manner
- You are responsible for access control, ticket sales and passenger information
- You assist with mooring and casting off the boats at the Giessbach landing stage
- You support maintenance and cleaning work on the railway, stations and infrastructure
What you bring with you...
- You are an enthusiastic and motivated personality and tackle your tasks with passion
- You are (early) retired or returning to work or interested in a part-time position
- You are warm, reliable, flexible and willing to work at weekends
- You are mobile and familiar with our region
- You speak German and preferably also English and/or French
