- Execute the guidelines from Fachbereichsleitung (FBL) and Leitung Betreuung (LB).
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and updates.
- Implement SEM quality standards (QSU) in all care-related tasks.
Skills
- Secondary education: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
- Fluency in German (B2), Ukrainian (B1), and English (B1) is essential.

Requirements
