Your tasks
By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:
- Carry out dimensional, functional and documentary checks on components, sub-assemblies and machines.
- Perform precision measurements using conventional and advanced equipment, including 3D & optical measurement.
- Program and operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for complex inspections.
- Analyse inspection results, manage and monitor non-conformities and participate in the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure metrological monitoring, calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your expertise
- Technical training in mechanics, quality, metrology or equivalent (TM1, TQ1).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in precision mechanics or machine tools.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and tolerances according to ISO GPS standards.
- Experience in using conventional measuring instruments and proficiency in programming coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Knowledge of quality tools, methodologies and standards (ISO 9001, 5S, FMEA, SPC, 8D, APQP).
- Rigor, analytical mindset, autonomy and excellent communication skills.
