About the job
Together with heart – dynamically on the move
Spitex Rothenburg offers services in the areas of somatic care, outpatient psychiatric care and support, as well as domestic services for the approximately 8,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Rothenburg. The nursing assignments at Haus & Hof Hermolingen with about 36 residents and the provision of psychiatric services in the extended environment complete our Spitex operation and make it something special.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person immediately or by arrangement
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH 40% - 90%, with interest in Palliative Care
Your tasks:
- Taking over case responsibility: planning, management and evaluation of the entire nursing process, including needs assessments according to InterRAI-HC
- Professional and holistic care and support of our clients
- Responsibility for careful, complete documentation of clients
- Active collaboration with all parties involved in the care process
- Participation in the internal palliative competence team
Requirements:
- Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF / FH
- Strong professional, communication and social skills
- Solution- and resource-oriented attitude
- Physical and mental resilience
- Teamwork skills
- Private car
