For our locations in Langenthal and Zurich, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a dedicated personality who wants to contribute and further develop their knowledge in estimation and acquisition as: Head of Estimation and Acquisition 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the Estimation department (1–3 employees)
• Preparation and review of GP, TU, and fee offers
• Project analyses including opportunity and risk assessment
• Conducting offer and contract negotiations until completion
• Further development and digitization of estimation processes
• Maintenance and development of customer and partner relationships

What you bring

• Education as an architect, engineer (ETH | FH), HF construction planner technician, or HF construction economist
• At least 5 years of experience in construction or project management
• Very good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, experience with IFC models is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and structured working method
• Strong understanding of the market, competition, and pricing strategies in the construction and real estate environment
