Employee for the Ethics Violations Reporting Service
(80-100%)
Your future area of activity:
Administrative processing of reports of ethical breaches received by telephone and in writing, in German and French
Organisation of hearings, including the preparation of minutes and follow-up
Obtaining information on a case-by-case basis and contact details from the parties involved in the procedure as well as from sports organisations, etc.
Handling mail (receipt, dispatch and follow-up)
Initial processing of emails and forwarding of emails to the case officer
Handling correspondence independently as instructed
Simple clarification tasks
Preparation and updating of case files and file directories in the Case Management System
Preparation of documents for legal partners and parties to the procedure as well as for the Sports Tribunal (redaction, copying, scanning, dispatch)
Administrative support for the service manager in the context of projects and other tasks
What we expect from you:
Complete commercial training
Further training or professional experience in the legal or social sector would be an advantage
Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (level B2);
knowledge of English would be an asset
Stylistic ease and good writing skills
Strong organisational sense and structured working method
Quick-wittedness and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of the Swiss sports system and association management
Team spirit and high standards for the quality of work performed, free from conflicts of interest
