Specialist Responsibility Integrated Management System (m/f/d)

• Planning and conducting internal audits and controls (office, construction site)
• Preparing and conducting audits with the certification body
• Reporting on the performance of the management system and on improvement opportunities to management
• Collaborating on and further developing the management system reports for the Marti Group executive management
• Maintaining, updating and further developing the integrated management system in the areas of quality, environment and sustainability
• Implementing new processes
• Developing quality standards and checklists
• Conducting root cause analyses and proposing corrective actions
• Conducting training and awareness-raising measures
• Formally reviewing and maintaining management documents

• Training or several years of experience in the field of quality and environmental management systems
• German as a native language as well as a high level of communication skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
• Good IT skills and proficient use of MS Office 365 (Teams / Word / Excel / Outlook) as well as MS SharePoint
• Interest in the automation of work processes
• Networked thinking and independent working style
